Loyalty deserves a reward!
Firstly – happy Easter! My monthly break is coinciding with the holiday weekend; I’ll be back at work on Wednesday.
It’s been a while since I’ve mentioned my loyalty card, so I thought it might be useful to do a reminder. For new customers, I have a one-off scheme, whereby if you make five bookings, the sixth one is free (or you can add the period of time to extend a booking free of charge).
The length of the free booking/time is determined by the five previous visits. So, if you’d had 3x1h, 1x45m and 1x30m, you’d get one free hour. If you’d booked 2×1.5h, 2x1h and 1x45m you’d also get an hour.
During the time you’re accruing your five bookings, you’re also immune to any price increases I might initiate, and would only go on to my new rate once you’d cashed in your card.
